i dont think menatelecom is serious about the customers greviances. they wan the product to be sold. after that they care only customers according to their will. the customers are at their mercy,

I went and bought myself one of those 4mb packages the same day they launched. Ofcourse of the first day it was amazing, I actually got more than the 4mb I had paid for. A week later I started getting slower and slower speeds as more people started subscribing for this. Now I get 700kb/s max. I know its up to but this is totally unacceptable and only a week into the service ??!? And they tell you you dont need an external antenna the signal in your area is great..This is broad daylight robbery..they make you pay BD50 for a 4MB and tell you its "up to" when you call their call center who by the way has no idea what theyre on about..what a dissapointment, and to add to all this Ive signed up for an 18 month contract !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
