Office automation company Gulf Islands is displaying Q-Net, a queue management system from a Hungarian manufacturer for the first time at GITEX Technology Week.

Designed for customer service orientated companies and financial institutions frequently faced with the problem of lengthy queues, this solution is aimed at providing a solution that ensures customers don't have to stand end to end any more.

"Any customer-orientated institution, like banks, local government offices, hospitals, post offices, telecommunication companies and so on will be able to provide better services with this solution," says Basharath Khan, business development manager.

"We have Q-Net customers in the region like National Bank of Abu Dhabi and Abu Dhabi Municipality but we are looking to push this product further in the market. This is the product's first exposure at GITEX. We've had a lot of interest from visitors and have some good leads to follow up at the end of the show."
