Viewsonic launches full-HD 1080P LCD monitor range

Viewsonic has launched its latest HD 1080p-capable range of LCD monitors.

The company which is exhibiting in conjunction with partners which include Al Yousuf Digital, describes the new Full HD Series products as complete live-environment personal media centres.

They feature advanced technologies including 1080p resolution for "crisp text and precise graphics", SRS WOW HD sound technology for "crystal-clear audio" and a true HD widescreen.

The Full HD Series comes from its 1:1 mapping between the signal and display, which provides "the best image quality for both HD video and HD game playing".

The 22-inch VX2260wm features high brightness and super-fast 2ms video response time in addition to an ultra-high 20,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio providing consumers with rich, colourful image quality that enables them to play HD games and view high definition content in their native format without stretching and blurring.

Additional features include integrated stereo speakers with SRS WOW HD stereo sound that extend the speaker frequency range.
