Belgium-based firm CF Technologies will advocate its TCO-Partner programme, aimed at providing solutions for the rapidly changing document-printing industry.

According to the managing director of FMAudit Europe and TCO-Partners, Jan De Kesel, this industry is in the middle of a "big change" with an increasing move towards "solution selling".

"Solution selling means that the printer dealer, the copier reseller and the consumable reseller will approach their end-user with an ‘all-in programme'," De Kesel explains.

Due to a trend towards cost-per-page agreements, De Kesel says it is vital for companies to adjust if they want to succeed in the managed print services industry. "The change in the market will happen over the next three years and we have a full programme for the dealer to stay ahead of the game," De Kesel adds.

The TCO-Partner programme includes training; proposal generation software; fleet management software; and automation software for the service engineers. Furthermore, the programme aims to enable users to increase profitability by developing marketing strategies for the changing climate in document printing.

De Kesel is manning the stand to answer any queries and shed more light on the TCO-Partner programme.
