Singapore firm goes on the record with e-info system

Top record management company SQL View is showcasing its knowledge repository information system (KRIS) solution at this year's GITEX Technology Week.

The Singapore-based company specialises in e-government but is eager to support verticals as diverse as healthcare and hospitality.

"Our expertise is of course in e-government but there is no limit to where KRIS can be applied, across industries and across functions," says Alvin Low, vice president international sales at SQL View.

KRIS is a records management tool, designed to offer an end-to-end solution that addresses every stage in a records lifecycle.

The system is tailored to handle the increasing amount of information produced by firms; ensuring records are filed but are easily available.

The tool, which has been used for a number of Singaporean E-government initiatives, ensures records are securely managed regardless of staff changes. This can prove to be of real benefit given the high staff turnover seen in the Middle East.
