UAE software developer Focus Softnet has announced the launch of a new ERP solution aimed at the mid-tier market.

The new application, Focus i includes an ERP solution with fully integrated business intelligence, to provide real time reporting and analysis of company data.

Ali Hyder, CEO of Focus Softnet commented: “Focus Softnet is happy to be the first IT solutions company to offer a mid-tier ERP solution which is fully integrated with BI. So far, the high cost of implementing BI has kept mid-size organizations away from it. Having seen this gap, we decided to create Focus i, which is a cost-effective business solution that combines our highly customizable ERP with business intelligence tools.”|

The solution also includes a manufacturing resource planning (MRP) module, and an enterprise dashboard that can provide easy-to-understand reports in graphical or spreadsheet format. The solution is also capable of multi-company consolidation, and multi-currency and multi-language operation.

Users can also define key performance indicators (KPI), which are then automatically integrated into the business intelligence function, to provide reporting through the dashboard, as well as being able to issue critical business alerts through the dashboard, email or SMS.

Jawad Ali Khan, COO Sales at Focus Softnet commented: “We think it is crucial that software applications meet all the requirements of a growing company. At the same time, it is also important that the software is user friendly, has sufficient procedural controls, and is operationally secure and maintainable. Focus Softnet not only meets all these challenging criteria but also helps organisations improve efficiency, improve profit margins and increase competitiveness through customized business solutions.”

The solution will be demonstrated at a launch event, on 16th October in Dubai.
