Estel Technologies Interna-tional, a turnkey software and services provider to telecom companies and other enterprises, is exhibiting at this year's GITEX Technology Week to meet new customers from the region.

"It is a good platform to meet customers from the MENA region, and generate quality leads. It also provides us a fantastic opportunity to meet with some existing customers, as well as prospects," says Pramod Nambiar, business development manager at Estel Technologies.

The company has development and technical support centres in Delhi, Melbourne and Singapore. According to Nambiar, each of its 100-plus employees is technically qualified with excellent domain experience and expertise in telecom software, as well as IT solutions and services.

"The Middle East is a very important market for us. We have been quite satisfied with the response that we have received in the last three years that we have been a part of GITEX," states Nambiar.

The company's key products include solutions in the areas of payment and m-commerce, prepaid billing, messaging and value-added services. The company's service portfolio includes outsourced technical services, voice and automatic speech recognition payment technology and billing services.

"Estel has excellent telecommunications knowledge, a track record in executing critical projects for telecom operators and operating outsourced mission critical services, a model of long-term client engagement and partnering, innovative products, as well as an entrepreneurial work culture, with all the advantages of a small company with solid foundations," says Nambiar.
