Symphony believes GITEX Technology Week will boost its market share of the wholesale B2B VOIP and TDM traffic industry, according to Symphony principal Torge Dennen. "The Middle East is already a solid market for us and we project a lot of growth in the region over the next 36 months," he says.

With customers and partners throughout the world, Symphony builds and maintains telecommunication networks that provide voice and data services in a converged technology environment. "GITEX is a fantastic opportunity to showcase our services, make new customer contacts and enter into new agreements with key Middle East operators," says Dennen.

The sector's key challenge, he claims, is to make sure that the economics of the solutions provided, and the deployment schedule, truly meet the needs of the particular partner.
