Maktoob Group, which owns the world’s largest online Arab community, Maktoob.com, has acquired Uaesm.com, a leading stock market and business website in the UAE, for an undisclosed sum. Samih Toukan, CEO, Maktoob Group, said: “It’s a great opportunity for Maktoob Group, as it will add on top of our existing business users more than 200,000 unique visitors and four million page views per month from the UAE and Gulf region in general.”
