CNS gets Cisco Gold

Systems Integrator CNS qualifies for top level of Cisco channel programme

Systems integrator CNS has cemented its relationship with Cisco by reaching the pinnacle of the vendor's Resale Channel Programme. In receiving Gold certification, CNS says it has proved its mettle in the regions of networking, service, support and customer satisfaction.

"The Cisco Gold Certification has reinforced our commitment to continuous improvement in providing excellent pre-sales advice, after-sales support and professional customer service," said Tony Alam, managing director at the integrator. Edison Peres, VP and chief go-to-market officer at Cisco says the Resale Channel Programme is a prime example of Cisco's two-way-street approach to its partners. The achievement provides CNS access to comprehensive sales, technical training and support from Cisco.
