Eskadenia has bagged its tenth telecom customer care billing project in the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

Comium Group, one of West Africa’s leading mobile service providers, picked Eskadenia’s billing and customer relationship management (BCRM) system for its new GSM operations in the Ivory Coast and Gambia. Comium will also deploy Eskadenia’s mediation gateway.

“The successful deployment of the BCRM system for our two new operations marks the fourth rewarding installation of Eskadenia’s GSM billing solution for Comium Group,” said Fouad C. Dandan, vice president at C-systems, the ICT arm of Comium Group.

“The latest release of the BCRM application enabled us to offer a lucrative, efficient and flexible business solution to cater for our remote operations by making use of one of the most advanced practices in the telecommunication and computer industries,” he added.

This latest deployment in the Ivory Coast and Gambia will allow Comium to handle all billing services, customer care functions, interconnect and roaming agreements, and customer self-care internet access for prepaid and post-paid subscribers connected to its GSM and GPRS networks.
