EXCLUSIVE: Microsoft founder Bill Gates is set to reveal his thoughts on how technology will advance over the next 30 years, in an exclusive interview to be published in Arabian Business this Sunday. The interview will also be published online on ArabianBusiness.com simultaneously from midnight on January 27th - the day Gates begins a historic first ever visit to the UAE.

In the wide-ranging interview, Gates is also believed to discuss the role of the Arab world in the technological race, and he also gives his unique and personal advice to anyone "who want to be the next Bill Gates."

The world exclusive interview, which will also feature on the cover of Arabian Business magazine, is believed to be Gates is first ever with a Middle East publication.

Gates's UAE trip comes just seven months ahead of his officially stepping down as chairman of Microsoft, after which he will work full time on the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. In 2000, Gates and his wife founded the charitable trust. It currently manages over US$33 billion, and has been hugely involved in the development of vaccines for AIDS, malaria and tuberculosis.
