Etisalat is cutting the price of international calls on the occasion of Eid Al Adha.

From 9pm this evening (Monday 17th) until 7am on Saturday 22nd December, all mobile and landline international calls will be charged at off-peak rates. The company will also make all of its wi-fi hotpsots free to access for the same period.

Essa Al Haddad, chief marketing officer, Etisalat, said: "On behalf of Etisalat, I extend warmest Eid greetings to each and every resident of the UAE, and especially to the leaders of our nation. Etisalat is happy to stand alongside each of its customers as they reach out and share the joy of the festive occasion."

Etisalat is also offering special call rates to cater to Haj pilgrims, with calls from Etisalat mobiles to Saudi Arabia charged at AED 0.99 instead of AED 2.12, and lower rates for roaming customers taking calls from the UAE while in Saudi Arabia.
