US email and content security software provider GigaTrust has signed up Arabic Computer Systems to resell and support its products in Saudi Arabia.

The firm, which focuses on the enterprise, said it was looking to expand outside of the US market.

"ACS is a premier IT systems integration and solutions company and we are pleased to partner with them to deploy and manage GigaTrust's enterprise solution in Saudi Arabia," said David Kesick, GigaTrust's vice president of international corporate development.

ACS is part of the National Technology Group (NTG), which has evolved over the years into an international organisation. The company is a heavyweight in Saudi Arabia's IT sector and it is ranked 39th out of the top 100 Saudi Arabian companies. It generated revenues of more than US$250 million in 2004 and employs more than 500 people.
