Networking and electrical solutions provider, Panduit, is displaying its QuickNet copper cabling solution at its stand during GITEX Technology Week.

The solution provides custom, pre-terminated cabling connectivity solutions that meet the unique structured cabling requirements of today's increasingly fast paced organisations.

'We are very happy to be at GITEX this year and to be able to showcase some of our latest networking and electrical solutions,' says Pete Gough, regional business manager for Panduit Middle East and Pakistan.

Quicknet assemblies include cassettes, jack modules and/or plug terminations with UTP cable for Cat6 applications or UTP/STP cable for 10GBASE-T applications. Quicknet cassettes snap in and out of angled and flat modular patch panels.

The solution offers pre-terminated cable assemblies in custom lengths and configurations, allowing datacentres to be cost effective and helping datacentre managers avoid spending too much time on restructuring.

Solutions are also available that exceed specifications for 10Gbit/sec performance, providing extra headroom in the channel for datacentre upgrades and modifications.
