NTR Global, a specialist in the design and implementation of web-based collaboration software, is unveiling its range of products dedicated to remote customer support and administration at GITEX Technology Week.

Throughout the event, the firm will be performing live demonstrations of its technical support, IT administration and remote access solutions.

NTR Global is displaying three new products, namely NTRSupport, NTRAdmin and NTRConnect.

NTRSupport is a technical support application, designed to enable IT support personnel to remotely connect to customer machines to resolve various issues.

According to the firm, one of the main advantages of NTRSupport is that it requires no software to be installed on the target machine and works on all major operating systems, including Linux.

NTR Admin is the company's business administration product, allowing firms to centralise asset management for simple or complex networks and remotely monitor employee computers. In addition to its control features, NTR Admin also is said to enables automated backups, patch and virus updates.

Finally, NTR Global took the wraps off NTRConnect, its remote access service for allowing data, e-mail and network retrieval. Designed for both private individuals and business professionals alike, NTRConnect is already in use in more than 100 countries worldwide to facilitate secure access to remote information. The firm's products all make use of 256-bit AES encryption for data communications, to protect user privacy and the integrity of data.

The company first began operations in Barcelona in 2003 and released the first version of its software three years later.

At present, NTR Global is present in 50 countries and boasts around 10,000 customers worldwide, including Deutsche Bank.

In the Middle East, despite starting operations as recently as May, NTR Global has already secured contracts with a number of key players in the region, including Xerox, Nakheel, Honda and Toshiba.

Jacopa Cima, CEO of NTR Global, noted that the company's enterprise-wide administration solutions were particularly well suited to the region. "Here there are a lot of countries in a very small space. Our solutions permit the customer to control their offices across the Middle East from one, single location."

Cima concluded with a commitment to future appearances from NTR Global at the show.

"We want to push the pedal to dramatically increase our growth in the region. We like the atmosphere here at the show, and have been very satisfied with the response so far," he concludes.

I have heard a lot about this company's product and tested its functionality. It provide a fully featured remote access application that accesses PC, MAC and Linux machine without any pre-installation. The best part is that I can access / support my users from anywhere in the world and even have a voice chat for free!! Although, my question to ITP would be whether you do / have evaluated the software. Providing review of the product could be a good thing for organizations who are in need of such applications.
