VocalCom talks up VoIp opportunities

While VoIP started life as a consumer sensation, it seems the possibilities for business innovation are also endless, says a GITEX Technology Week regular.

In particular, says show exhibitor VocalCom, the technology could be applied to regional call centres, to slash costs and boost efficiency.

With a global presence in 37 countries and more than 2800 clients, VocalCom says the market clearly shows the need for internet telephony.
