Security solutions provider Marshal is promoting its range of content security solutions, which prevents malicious inbound threats as well as data leakage threats.

According to Ed Macnair, CEO at the company, its new range of products reduces the effect of malicious attacks that can arise from increased vulnerability of data on removable storage devices and wireless networks.

"Our perimeter has changed," he says. "In the old days, we had a physical perimeter but now the workplace goes home with you every night, and that puts you in a vulnerable situation."

The UK company claims it is currently growing at a rate of 110% in the Middle East in contrast to the 43% growth it sees globally. Marshal reckons participation in GITEX is essential to maintaining its growth in the region.

"These days there are CEOs and CIOs from large companies coming here looking to do business," adds MEA director Mike Hibbert.
