Belden has launched its fourth-generation wireless access system, designed to offer seamless mobility for enterprises, at GITEX Technology Week.

"To be a true signal transmission provider, we saw the strategic necessity to have a wireless solution that would provide true mobility. The region is one of the fastest growing for us. The market is expanding and we have been constantly investing in people and activities to address it better," says Berry Medendorp, EMEA marketing communications manager at Belden.

The new system, which is on display at the company's stand, promises easy installation and high security. The company has also launched its Nanoskew Brilliance VideoTwist cables for professional video and data installations as well as its 10GX IDC system for building large, space-efficient cross-connect systems as an alternative to modular patch panels.

"Being at GITEX is of great benefit to us since it gives us an unrivalled opportunity to meet existing and potential customers. Last year's show was great but we expect GITEX this year to outdo last year," concludes Medendorp.
