Raya Contact Center aiming for global business

Egypt outsourcing experts look for more local and multinational customers.

Egyptian outsourcing specialist Raya Contact Center is looking to build its profile among Fortune 500 companies through its presence at GITEX. The company will be promoting its business process outsourcing services (BPO) on the Egyptian Pavilion at this year's show. RCC already counts the local operations of Intel, Cisco, Microsoft, HTC and General Motors among its multinational customers, and is hoping to attract more global customers as well as tap into the growing regional market.
"Our participation in GITEX this year will reinforce RCC's positioning as one of the leading contact center providers in the region as well as a prominent provider of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) to the IT sector in the Middle East.
