Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions provider Maximizer Software has penned a partnership agreement with Integrated Solutions for Business (ISB).

The Saudi systems integrator will deliver the vendor's solutions to customers in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait and Lebanon.

Maximizer said it hopes the deal with ISB will enable it to raise its profile with the region's enterprises.

"We have appointed ISB as our business partner, in order to support our long-term strategy and continuous growth in the Middle East," said Vivek Thomas, managing director EMEA at Maximizer Software.

"The Middle East represents significant market opportunities for Maximizer as a global company and the partnership with ISB is an important step forward for our business. ISB has a proven-track record both at the SMB and enterprise level and we are confident that ISB is the right partner to ensure Maximizer's success in this extremely important region," he added.

ISB said it will be competing on price points to increase Maximizer's market share in the Middle East.

"Numerous organisations have grown their business by 120% to 150% due to CRM systems and we would like to introduce new organisations to Maximizer Enterprise, a solid CRM solution at a competitive price," said Hanny Alshazly, vice president sales and business development at ISB.

"We are confident that Maximizer with its flexible and easy to use Middle East solution will deliver the vital requirements every business needs in today's competitive market place," he added.
