CrysTelCall, touted as Jordan's first independent, multilingual contact centre, is making an appearance at GITEX Technology Week with the aim of showcasing its complete range of in-bound and outbound services, business process outsourcing (BPO) and consultancy services.

With a unified platform and a fully distributed architecture powered by IT firm Avaya, CrysTelCall handles e-mail, fax, voice messages, speech recognition, self service capabilities and text chat. The firm provides these services to local, regional, and international corporations and institutions primarily in the telecommunications, banking, insurance and travel sectors, although it also caters to automotive, real estate and government clients.

In May of this year, CrysTelCall signed a partnership agreement with UAE-based Lurista, a provider of management and project-based consulting services, to extend the coverage of its services to firms and institutions in the UAE.
