Computer telephony solutions provider, TeleFinity has announced this week that Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF), a major bank in Saudi Arabia, has installed more than 370 channels of its LogFinity Suite.

Waseem Al-Ghanem, the founder and CEO of TeleFinity, says, "We are happy that Banque Saudi Fransi has decided to implement LogFinity Suite. This reflects once more the strategic value-add that LogFinity Suite brings to financial and banking institutions. It also reflects TeleFinity's leadership in bringing innovative solutions to VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) and TDM call centers, in multi-site high-end environments."

Al-Ghanem went on to say, "Banque Saudi Fransi joins the growing list of customers leading the way of moving the call centre to the heart of the enterprise."

Part of LogFinity suite, LogFinity IP is designed to provide organisations with a full-time, scalable, and robust VoIP recording solution that analyse and evaluate communications. According to the firm, LogFinity IP is fully integrated with a wide range of VOIP PBX vendors and protocols, including IPC, Nortel, SIP, H323, Cisco Skinny, Alcatel-Lucent, Siemens, Avaya as well as Ericsson.

LogFinity Pro meanwhile, also part of the suite, enables firms to capture telephone and radio conversations for any purpose, from ensuring quality customer service, to auditing trails of verbal commitment, and protecting organisation from lawsuits.

The third part of the suite, LogFinity Enterprise, is a scalable, centralised server solution that addresses the recording needs of multi-site and multi-server high-end environments.

According to TeleFinity, the solution is both cost-effective and provides regional enterprises with the ability to manage and access multiple servers from one location.

The firm is showcasing its LogFinity suite, along with a host of other computer-based telephony solutions at stand number 825 in Hall 8.

Previously in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in April of last year the firm recruited Saudi Ericsson as a distributor for its LogFinity Call Recording System.
