Beirut-based mobile and software solutions provider Mobile Intelligence has come to GITEX Technology Week looking to make life easier for distributors.

"We have an Oracle-based back-end for distribution companies," explains Nicolas Akl, managing partner of Mobile Intelligence. "Plus, we provide them with handhelds to ensure efficient mobility, therefore a better service. We can offer a combination of mobile technologies, fingerprint and RFID (radio frequency identification) solutions."

Akl says that the solution provider is currently targeting expansion in the Gulf Region. "Specifically, the UAE and Saudi Arabia are the countries, which have the highest potential where Mobile Intelligence can grow," he asserts.

The company is exhibiting here in Dubai for the first time. "As GITEX Technology Week is the best way to enter the Emirates market and the Gulf area, we decided to participate," explains Akl. "Gaining opportunity, as well as credibility, in the Gulf area is what we expect GITEX Business Solutions to offer us."

And what can Mobile Intelligence offer the event's delegates? "Mobile Intell-igence will be launching the first CRM with a mobility option that synchronises online, along with a restaurant POS on handheld," says Akl. "Full mobility is our objective, as it offers the highest level of satisfaction and the most efficiency for our product." (Lebanese Pavilion)
