ASSET is inviting visitors to GITEX Business Solutions to visit its booth in hall 5 and witness the launch of its latest additions to the Jupiter Enterprise Suite.

This week the company is introducing two major additions to this solution, including its new Customer Services and Complaints Management System (CSCMS).

This solution provides real-time visibility to track individual customer service comments or complaints through the complete life-cycle, from the initial recording of a complaint, to its processing, reporting and closure.

Live demonstrations are being conducted throughout the day at ASSET's booth, with experts available to discuss the benefits of implementing the Jupiter Enterprise Suite.

"We offer customers diverse solutions that guarantee sustainability in all business aspects to help them cope with the challenges in today's market," a spokesperson tells GITEX Business Solutions Preview.
