Sybase plans for busy GITEX

Sybase Products Middle East is gearing up for an action packed GITEX at the annual trade show this year.

IT solutions company Sybase Products Middle East is gearing up for an action packed GITEX this year.

The firm, which provides enterprise infrastructure, information management and mobility software, has a whole host of things on its agenda for the five-day event.

First off, it plans to showcase its products with new releases set to include the latest versions of PowerBuilder and PowerDesigner.

It will also be looking to recruit new channel partners, Hisham Malak, channel and marketing manager at Sybase Products Middle East revealed.

"Gitex is the largest technology event in the Middle East and a very important one for us. Sybase sees Gitex as an ideal platform to launch our new products, promote our world-class enterprise and mobility solutions, and interact with key decision makers, technical professionals and prospective customers," Malak said.

"Sybase has been a regular exhibitor at Gitex for years and has achieved much success by signing new customers and partners," he added. "Participating in Gitex is an effective way for us to gain valuable market insights and identify emerging market trends. The event is also an opportunity for us to further strengthen our Middle East presence, share customer success stories and meet customers from diverse market segments," he went on to say.
