Avaya is set to demonstrate its leadership in unified communication, enterprise mobility solutions, contact centre solutions, and its latest Arabised IP telephony solutions, and will also address the communications requirements of various industry verticals during this year's show.

The company's stand will sport dedicated areas for demonstrating its industry-specific IP telephony solutions, which Avaya's regional team reckons are set to revolutionise the way organisations communicate.

"In addition to these industry-specific solutions, GULFCOMMS will also enable the widest possible number of visitors to experience for themselves the world's first-ever Arabic IP telephony solution, our Avaya one-X Arabic edition," says Roger El-Tawil, Avaya MENA's director for channel and marketing.

The firm will be showing off its ‘Intelligent Communications'' vision at GULFCOMMS, allowing visitors to experience live demonstrations of unified communications, and gain an insight into the business benefits of Avaya's IP telephony approach.

"Avaya has consistently emphasised and streamlined the integration of its solutions with existing infrastructure to better leverage customers' current investments. Our aim is to improve understanding of how an effective communications system reduces costs," El Tawil explains.
