Indian networking enclosure vendor APW President Systems has opened a regional office hoping to tap into the Middle East and Africa markets. Called APW Systems MEA, the vendor's subsidiary office will be located in the UAE.

"The new APW Systems MEA office in the SAIF Zone, Sharjah, will enable us to closely manage the increasing demand for our enclosure systems from partners and customers across the Middle East," said E.A. Elias, managing director at APW President Systems.

The vendor already has a distribution network in place in the region, servicing customers in the Middle East through networking specialist Online Distribution. Chris Naamo, business unit manager at Online Distribution, commented: "We expect to see a strong demand for APW Systems MEA products and services. APW Systems MEA has been leading in the enclosures business for more than 25 years, and a major IT, networking and telecom provider throughout the Middle East region, which Online will continue to successfully facilitate and reinforce."

The networking cabinet manufacturer claims its products are robustly built, with attention to aesthetic appearance. APW also carries a new line of self-service kiosks in its product portfolio.

"The complete range of networking and server cabinets, along with other industrial enclosure products, will continue to be available to customers through Online Distribution, one of our well-established channel partners in the region," added Elias.
