Jordanian and Bahraini firms undergo technology tie-up

Jordanian company Jordanian Blue Energy for Advanced Technology (BEAT) has formed a joint venture with Bahraini IT service provider TCGME. The aim of the company, which will be called Oryx Technologies, is to merge Jordanian and Bahraini skills to create an exclusive software development industry in Bahrain, BEAT said in a statement. The company will be headquartered in Bahrain and have some 100 employees. The joint venture is an extension of previous collaboration between the two companies, the statement said.
