FSC appoints Nahil

Fujitsu Siemens Computers (FSC) has beefed up its Saudi distribution channel with the appointment of Nahil Computers. FSC reckons that Nahil has the right credentials to boost its penetration of the lucrative SMB-focused reseller channel across the Kingdom.

Fujitsu Siemens Computers (FSC) has beefed up its Saudi distribution channel with the appointment of Nahil Computers. FSC reckons that Nahil has the right credentials to boost its penetration of the lucrative SMB-focused reseller channel across the Kingdom. Nahil will distribute the entire FSC portfolio and also provide high-level customer support including after-sales services, installation, upgrade services and customer education. Based in Riyadh, Nahil serves customers through six branches strategically located in major cities throughout the Kingdom. “A key component of our overall strategy has been the expansion of our partner network in Saudi Arabia,” said Samer Sayed, sales manager for FSC in Saudi Arabia. “Nahil Computers’ long-standing relationship with its customers, extensive SMB portfolio, and local presence for more than two decades made it the obvious choice for boosting our reach within the Kingdom’s SMB segment.” “With a seasoned team of IT professionals, the necessary processes in place, and an entrepreneurial approach, we are confident that Nahil will drive robust Fujitsu-Siemens Computers’ growth throughout the Kingdom,” he added. Nahil will offer a wide range of FSC kit including servers, tablet PCs, thin clients, workstations, storage solutions, and handheld devices. These products are prominently displayed at GITEX KSA this week. Suleiman Al Khudhair, general manager at Nahil, said: “Our new role as distributor for the entire product portfolio of FSC creates an opportunity to demonstrate our capabilities and business acumen in the Kingdom. FSC has also strengthened its in-country KSA team, appointing Talal AbdulAziz Al-Bakr as senior account manager in the Kingdom. With a strong enterprise background and expertise in the storage arena, Al-Bakr aims to accelerate sales of FSC’s high-end offerings in the Kingdom.
