Zajoul Net is tempting show visitors with its innovative ISP offerings at this year’s GITEX KSA. Country manager Sam Luftallah and the team at Zajoul have made customer service their top priority as they look to expand their customer base of broadband business accounts during the show. “We’re in customer acquisition mode and have some aggressive subscription offers for new customers at the show,” explained Luftallah. “STC is adding 800,000 broadband lines this year and we want at least 20% of this new market.” Zajoul Net’s core service offerings include DSL connectivity and wireless connectivity solutions. The company offers a value proposition for both consumer and corporate customers through a direct and indirect sales channel. Zajoul is also offering consumers a plug-and-play ADSL solution that is available from power retailers in the Kingdom. “The DSL starter kit available through power retailers includes a voice communications element,” continued Luftallah. “We have a unique, flexible pre-paid card payment system for customers that offers them many benefits. Zajoul now has offices in Riyadh, Jeddah and Khobar and we are committed to providing a quality service.”
