Sybase Products Middle Easthas penned a strategic partnership deal with Saudi IT outfit Mirnah Technology Systems (MTS). Under the terms of the agreement, MTS will promote Sybase’s mobility solutions across the kingdom and will also implement Sybase technologies in developing its own mobile computing solutions. “MTS’ major strengths lie in its 15-plus years of experience in implementing mobile computing solutions in the Middle East and its experienced team of professionals, who have a thorough understanding of the mobility market as well as a solid reputation for quality,” said Hareth BaniMustafa, business development manager for Unwired Division at Sybase Products Middle East. “We look forward to leveraging our partnership with MTS to provide customers in Saudi Arabia with unique and powerful end-to-end mobility solutions.” The two will be working closely to promote Sybase’s frontline device management solution, Afaria, which provides enterprises with full control of various handheld devices and laptops remotely. Abdullah Aldamer, CEO at MTS, added: “Sybase provides complete mobility solutions that enable companies to build applications that are independent of delivery devices and wireless network standards. Both MTS and Sybase have great experience in delivering mobile computing solutions and hence both companies will benefit by collaborating with each other,” he said.
