Call centre and customer support service provider Saudi Direct Line (SDL) is hoping to use this year’s GITEX Saudi Arabia as a networking tool to meet potential business partners and customers from across the region. The call centre provider is hoping to use the event to aid its brand growth and will be promoting an array of services and solutions at the event. “Since the year 2000, Saudi Direct Line has been a fast growing 24x7 Saudi-based call centre for national and international companies,” said Fadi Keirouz, the company’s marketing manager. “SDL allows your doors to never close, to greet your customers and serve them. Our aims are to assist clients to realise minimum investments that can attain maximum productivity.” The company offers a fully integrated CRM solution, which is designed to provide a complete range of services for customers. By providing SMS and fax as well as traditional telephone contact - enhanced by interactive voice response - SDL hopes that visitors to GITEX Saudi Arabia will sit up and take notice of its solutions. “Our main objective is to create awareness of the importance of the customer service centre among companies operating in the Middle East. We want to attain a position as the leader in this field throughout the Kingdom and we want to be reinforce our reputation as every Saudi company’s professional business partner,” explained Keirouz. SDL is also keen to meet potential business clients and generate contacts. The company views GITEX Saudi Arabia as the ideal venue to achieve this objective. The company sees a definite opportunity in the market to offer call centre solutions buoyed by the influx of new companies setting up operations in the Kingdom. As an emerging market with a large population and a keen interest in IT, SDL claims that significant business growth opportunities exist in Saudi Arabia. With so many companies set to participate at this year’s GITEX Saudi Arabia, and visitor numbers estimated to be in the thousands, the company is understandably optimistic. “GITEX Saudi Arabia will open the window to invaluable opportunities to meet local and international companies. We firmly believe that the event poses a great opportunity and will serve as an excellent step for generating leads and business,” concluded Keirouz.
