Pro Technology picks up Symantec partner award

Software vendor Symantec has named system integrator Pro Technology its ‘Best Solutions Partner in MENA Region’. The Symantec platinum partner received the award at the vendor's recently Middle East and North Africa partner summit.

Software vendor Symantec has named system integrator Pro Technology its ‘Best Solutions Partner in MENA Region’. The Symantec platinum partner received the award at the vendor's recently Middle East and North Africa partner summit. “The distinction confirms Pro Technology’s unceasing commitment to satisfy customers and offer the best solutions in the market,” said Shaban Al-Ahmad, technical director at Pro Technology. “We are always on the lookout for the latest technologies and back our cutting-edge products portfolio with highly proficient technical staff, which enables us to provide our customers the necessary assistance. Our Symantec-certified engineers dedicated for data protection and high availability guarantee to customers that Pro Technology can understand their exact needs and pinpoint the best solutions, and we are confident that we will further drive the growth of Symantec in the region,” he added. The eight year-long Symantec partner claims it was given the award for delivering the highest value to customers, demonstrating expertise in multiple Symantec solution sets, attaining revenue targets and sustaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
