Saudi Arabian hypermarket retailer Al-Sadhan Trading Company has unveiled its latest megastore in Riyadh. The company claims the hypermarket offers the largest range of consumer electronics brands under one roof in the Kingdom. It brings to five the number of stores operated by the company in Riyadh alone, with another six planned for the capital, in addition to two stores in Jeddah and another in Makkah. The new outlets are set to open over the next 12 months. "The opening of the new hypermarket comes in the framework of our policy to reach all parts of Riyadh,” said Mazen AL-Saleh, CEO of Al-Sadhan Trading Company. “Establishing the new hypermarket took about two years, and was built on an area of 21 thousand square metres. It is considered the most advanced hypermarket in Riyadh, with parking for more than 700 cars and a staff of more than 430 employees. “The store also boasts an expanded consumer electronics department offering the widest variety of multinational branded items in the Kingdom.”
