Cyberoam signs up Bulwark

New York-based vendor of Cyberoam Unified Threat Management (UTM) appliances Elitecore Technologies has penned a distribution partnership with Bulwark Technologies. Under the terms of the agreement, the UAE-based distributor will be responsible for carrying Elitecore’s Cyberoam products in the Middle East region.

New York-based vendor of Cyberoam Unified Threat Management (UTM) appliances Elitecore Technologies has penned a distribution partnership with Bulwark Technologies. Under the terms of the agreement, the UAE-based distributor will be responsible for carrying Elitecore’s Cyberoam products in the Middle East region. With both firms predicting that annual Middle East IT security expenditure will reach US$9.3 billion by 2009, Cyberoam has awarded Bulwark the responsibility of capitalising on this trend and selling security appliances to resellers in the Middle East network security field. Harish Chib, VP marketing at Cyberoam, said: “Bulwark’s vast experience in IT security and focus on providing internet and intranet security related solutions complements Cyberoam offerings. It will play a strategic role in Cyberoam’s expansion into the Middle East market.” Jose Thomas, director of operations at Bulwark, added: “We are pleased to partner with Cyberoam which brings unique user identity-based security, strengthening our product portfolio. Through Cyberoam we shall be able to offer granular security, meeting security demand of our customers.” Elitecore Technologies is the global provider of Cyberoam, which offers comprehensive network security to over 1000 enterprises globally. Value added distributor Bulwark started its operations in United Arab Emirates in 1999 and brings internet and intranet security related solutions to corporate customers.
