CA boosts technical knowledge of partners

Management software giant CA has successfully conducted a series of channel training events in Dubai and Egypt during the last three months. The training sessions equipped partners with in-depth technical knowledge of a wide range of CA solutions.

Management software giant CA has successfully conducted a series of channel training events in Dubai and Egypt during the last three months. The training sessions equipped partners with in-depth technical knowledge of a wide range of CA solutions. CA hopes that the training helped to enhance and elevate the provision of services by partners to customers throughout the region. The courses covered a wide range of technologies including identity and access management, storage management, network and systems management as well as change and configuration management. A veritable who’s who of CA’s partner community attended the training events including ACS, Aptec, Beta Pro Itech, CCS, Comsec, Emircom, Emirates Computers, Intrah, JDS, Jeraisy, Giza Systems, LS2, Mazco, MDSA, MDS, Mideast Solutions, Mindware, OMS, RCI, Seven Seas, Soft Flow, Tech Data and Universe Computers. Noha Safy El Din, technical support manager at CITC, said: “This has been an extremely successful training session for us and we thank CA for their efforts in conducting it. The entire training session spanning almost over three months covered a wide spectrum of courses targeted at knowledge enhancement across different CA technologies. After successfully completing the training, we as a company feel more confident to provide better services to all our customers in the region.” Mohammad Atari, sales manager at Ideal Tech, added: “The training programme has provided us with the additional expertise needed in order to support our regional customers with technical insight into CA products, which means that we are able to address all their heterogeneous business requirements.”
