Iran hotel aims high

Iran’s capital Tehran is reported to be opening up to tourism as the city’s largest hotel goes under development.

Iran’s capital Tehran is reported to be opening up to tourism as the city’s largest hotel goes under development. Covering a built up area of 400,000m², and set to offer 700 rooms, the hotel is being built by Paad Investing Company at a cost of US $700 million. Paad Investing Company is an international consortium consisting of four Iranian, Turkish, German, and UAE companies. This project will be implemented in conjunction with Tehran’s municipality.
