Human capital management (HCM) software and services provider Saba has introduced a new partner programme across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). The Saba Connect programme has been launched in response to increased demand for HCM solutions across the region according to the vendor. “Working with partners across EMEA is an essential part of business, to support local demands, geographies and languages,” said Alun Cope-Morgan, president at Saba EMEA. “Saba Connect demonstrates our commitment to supporting our partners through short and long-term relationships and provides our new and existing partners the opportunity to grow into new markets, expand existing business opportunities and provide service and support to their customers.” Saba hopes to attract new partners to increase its channel footprint in EMEA while continuing to support its existing network of 55 partners. Saba Connect is designed to equip the vendor’s partners with the relevant skills and resources required to support and train their end-users. Partners in the programme will be first to receive information on new product features and functionality in Saba’s HCM suite of learning, performance and talent management solutions. The new programme is divided into business components to ensure all Saba partners and end-users receive a high level of support. Saba Connect for sales, pre-sales and marketing will offer sector-specific support and access to resources and collateral, while Saba Connect for professional services will provide corporate access to technical consulting, business consulting, training and support. Each partner will be assigned a dedicated partner manager and receive access to the Saba Connect knowledge centre. This dedicated portal will offer a range of information such as product datasheets, whitepapers, customer case studies, marketing campaigns, pricing analysis, training information and professional services documentation. In addition Saba intends to launch a partner blog to improve the flow of information from Saba to the channel, and allow partners to communicate with each other. NASDAQ-quoted Saba has more than 1,100 customers spanning 150 countries worldwide. In the Middle East, Saba currently works with integration partner Naizak.
