Star Giga takes freehold tower project into Ajman

Developer launches US $191 million Goldcrest Dreams development, planned for Emirates Road

Star Giga Establishment, a joint venture between ETA Star Property Developers and Mazyood Giga International, has announced the launch of a US $191 million (AED700 million) freehold residential property development in Ajman, called Goldcrest Dreams. The project comprises four residential towers with a total of 1,600 one- and two-bedroom apartments. Each tower will have ground plus four levels of parking and 25 floors of residential units. Approximately 15 minutes drive from Dubai International Airport, the project is strategically located at Paradise Lakes on the Emirates Road in Ajman. Emirates Road stretches from Ras Al Khaimah through Umm Al Quwain, Sharjah and Dubai to Abu Dhabi. Paradise Lakes comprises residential and commercial towers, in addition to shopping areas, mosques and recreation centres. It is designed to provide affordable housing for middle-income families who work in the UAE and are looking to buy a home. “Goldcrest Dreams will be one of the prestigious addresses in Ajman and will be characterised by the superior quality that is unique to all Goldcrest projects,” said Amir Haji Amin, director, Star Giga Establishment. Star Giga Establishment is a UAE-based community development company known for its development of freehold properties in Dubai. The company’s project portfolio includes Goldcrest Views 2, Goldcrest Executive in Dubai and the Pearl Residence, Ajman. ETA Star is a Dubai-based developer that has worked on projects in Dubai Marina, Jumeirah Lake Towers and Business Bay. Mazyood Giga International is part of the Al Ghurair Group of companies.
