Networking kit vendor Netgear has officially launched in the Middle East, establishing an office in Dubai, a full team of staff and releasing a range of new networking solutions for small and mid sized businesses into the market. “With a proven track record in delivering cutting-edge technologies as affordable, easy-to-use solutions for residential and SMB markets, we have earned a reputation for ourselves as the preferred go-to partner worldwide. We intend to extend our leadership position and reputation in the UAE and the entire Middle East,” said Ahmad Zeidan, channel sales manager at Netgear Middle East. “We understand that the Middle East is a huge market and tapping it is going to be a major challenge for us. We are launching a sustained effort to ensure the needs of this important market are understood and translated into products and services that exceed their expectations. We are confident that our products and services will allow small and mid-size business entrepreneurs to positively impact their business results," added Zeidan. In the Middle East Netgear will be targeting a full range of value-based networking products at value added resellers, direct market resellers and both traditional and online retailers. The vendor hopes to build on the success that it has enjoyed in Europe in the Middle East. Netgear claims a legacy of providing wired and wireless connectivity within remote and branch offices, which alongside its customer-focused solutions, it says provide the company a strong foundation for success. “At Netgear, we offer low cost, simple-to-install and easy-to-manage solutions that are specifically designed to address the resource constraints of individuals and small and mid-size businesses. Our networking solutions will solve the dilemmas faced by SMBs today, such as the need to expand and upgrade communications technology to stay competitive in the market,” concluded Zeidan.
