Source IT talks sales techniques in Saudi Arabia

Source IT has completed a series of training sessions for i-mate with Alfa Communication — one of its major partners in the Kingdom.

Focused retail distributor Source IT has completed a series of training sessions for i-mate with Alfa Communication — one of its major retail partners in Saudi Arabia. More than 100 sales staff were trained during the events, which took place in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam. Alfa Communications, which is more commonly known in Saudi Arabia by its Callem store brand name, claims to offer a new type of customer centric phone retailing experience. “We have a commitment to our retail partners to provide a high level of support to help them grow their business,” explained Ahmed Al Azzawi, director at Source IT. “Callem is a major addition as a retail partner for i-mate in Saudi Arabia and wanted to show their commitment to the brand.” “Callem demanded the highest level of retail training for their new retail store operations. These training sessions were held to help their staff become experts in the i-mate range and we were glad to support them by setting up the focused and customised training sessions throughout the major cities in Saudi Arabia,” he added. The training sessions focused not only on special sales techniques, but also familiarised the staff at Callem with the complete range of i-mate products and its services. “We can extend the same training sessions to our other retail partners and tailor-make training programmes to suit their needs,” added Majdi Jaddo, business development manager for Saudi Arabia at Source IT.
