Contact centre consultancy opens in Dubai

Cairo based Xceed Contact Centre, one of the largest contact centres in the Middle East and North Africa region has set up a professional services arm in Dubai to provide specialised customer contact consultancy services to the region. Xceed Professional Services will provides consultancy services and help to formulate solutions for customer relationship enhancement based on best practices built on the experience and expertise of Xceed Contact Centre. “Our experience with both commercial and government organisations has given us great insight into the dynamics of customer communication. And it is this insight that will allow us to expand our service offering across the region, using Dubai as a base, and empower businesses with the knowledge and capabilities they need to differentiate themselves in an increasingly competitive market,” said Dr. Adel Danish, Chairman and CEO, Xceed.
