Panasonic launches new warranty program

Panasonic has introduced a new international warranty program called Care Plus for Middle East consumers.

Panasonic has introduced a new international warranty program called Care Plus for Middle East consumers. The new Care Plus warranty will be issued on purchases made in eight countries; Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, U.A.E, Oman, Qatar, Lebanon, Kuwait and Syria. “Panasonic prides itself in setting high standards for our products by strictly controlling quality and procedures at each of our manufacturing facilities,” stated Seiji Koyanagi, managing director, Panasonic Marketing Middle East FZE. “Care Plus International Warranty is an assurance of our company’s commitment to give the very best to our valued customers.” In additon to domestic consumers benefiting from this move, Panasonic reckons the region’s large Arab expat population will benefit a great deal from this new scheme. Panasonic officials have revealed that products such as its new Viera range of plasma and LCD TVs and its Lumix digital cameras will be covered by the programme. The firm also said that DVD players, portable audio players, camcorders and household items such as washing machines and air conditioners will be included.
