GAMA grabs the plaudits for sparkling sales performance

Saudi Arabian technology solutions provider Global Arabia for Modern Application (GAMA) has been named as the fastest growing HP Preferred Partner in the Middle East, Africa and Central and Eastern Europe region, beating more than 140 other Preferred Partners in the process.

Saudi Arabian technology solutions provider Global Arabia for Modern Application (GAMA) has been named as the fastest growing HP Preferred Partner in the Middle East, Africa and Central and Eastern Europe region, beating more than 140 other Preferred Partners in the process. “This award recognises and rewards our ongoing commitment to providing customers with quality solutions and outstanding customer service,” said Nasser Al Hussaini, general manager of sales at GAMA. “The numerous benefits we receive as a Preferred Partner have definitely helped us stand out from the crowd,” Al Hussaini added. GAMA, which currently employs 125 people — including highly trained technical and sales teams with extensive HP-related skill sets — recorded sales of US$21.3m in full year 2005 and expects to increase revenues to US$26.7m in 2006. Since the launch of the HP Preferred Partner Programme in September 2005, HP has implemented a series of new initiatives designed to expand HP partner business in the region. Throughout 2006, HP plans to honour its best performing partners each quarter with extensive marketing support. “GAMA has consistently displayed loyalty and posted fantastic growth,” said Hazem Bazan, SPO manager at HP Middle East. “We will continue to invest in our Preferred Partners to help them grow their business, while making it easier and more rewarding for them to do business with HP.” GAMA was established in 1982 and now has seven branches covering major cities throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. GAMA is widely recognised as a leader in e-government and total IT solutions provision in Saudi Arabia.
