Networking vendor Juniper has beefed up the rewards on offer through its J-Rewards channel programme for eligible partners in the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) sales theatre. The new scheme is designed to bring more value to participants, with increased scope and flexibility, a wider range of prizes and incentives and a more user-friendly process. The J-Rewards programme is open to all EMEA elite, select and J-Resellers that are registered for Juniper’s J-Partner programme (excluding distributors). “Juniper’s success is pinned to the success and motivation of our channel partners,” said David Small, director of channel sales for Juniper Networks EMEA. “We’ve also streamlined the administration process within our partner centre, enabling resellers to register and redeem points very easily online.” Points can be earned retrospectively within the new scheme for eligible sales activity completed from the 1st January 2006 onwards. Sales staff and engineers working for eligible resellers can now register and collect reward points either as individuals or as part of a team. The choice of prizes includes American Express vouchers, consumable goods, joint team rewards and the option to convert accrued points into charitable donations. Points can be earned against sales of Juniper products including its security, routing and application acceleration portfolios. Bonuses and sweepstake promotions will also be offered to promote sales of new and premium products on a regular basis. Participants can earn extra points by submitting customer references, obtaining specified training certification and by registering trade-up deals.
