Bahrain-based contractor AAA Homes, has scooped the main construction contract on a US $14 million residential high-rise, The Avare, in Bahrain. The project, which has been designed by United Engineering, is situated in Bahrain’s Al Seef district, and is expected to be completed by the end of next year. The developer is Grand Real Estate Projects. Under the terms of the agreement, AAA Homes is responsible for the overall construction of the tower. According to the construction company, it will be utilising the latest in materials and technology for the project. The exterior of the high-rise will be clad in coated aluminium and the development will feature high-performance curtain wall glazing. The Avare, situated in Bahrain’s up and coming Al Seef district, will feature state-of-the-art amenities and facilities for its residents. A total of 89 apartments (44 one-bedroom, 44 two-bedroom, and one penthouse) will be available to both national and international investors. The Avare is looking to fill a need in the market for those seeking exclusivity, quality, and style in a residence, along with a prestigious waterfront address. Abdul Hussain Khudur, the developer of the project, said: “We are extremely pleased to begin development of the Avare. We are delighted to welcome AAA Homes on board with us to oversee the construction of the development. “We are certain that upon completion in 2007, the Avare will epitomise the luxurious, up-market nature of Bahrain’s Al Seef district.” Century 21 Bahrain Properties has been appointed as the sales and marketing agents for the development. AAA Homes specialises in property development, management and contracting and has won a raft of ‘design and build’ deals across Bahrain, including commercial and residential towers, villas and apartment buildings.
