Ejada Systems is teaming up with software supplier BSH to hold two seminars in Saudi Arabia to introduce the latter’s hr.base human resources software. The seminars will highlight the successful implementation of hr.base at a number of regional organisations, including Savola – Azizia Panda, and will be held this month, on March 12 and 13. Ejada is a best-of-breed IT business services and solutions provider. It has signed a deal with BSH to be its master distributor for the Saudi market. Houssam Hatoum, managing director, BSH, said the firm was seeing a much greater emphasis on human resources management in the region, leading to an increased demand for HR and payroll software here. “Employees’ records need to be managed, skills need to be developed, performance needs to be rewarded and managers and employees need to be empowered,” he said. “The hr.base product from BSH provides the flexibility to handle these tasks in the most efficient way while addressing the local requirements of Middle East customers.” The two companies said the seminars would highlight recent successful implementations of the product. “What we found the best about hr.base are the great flexibility, customizability, and user friendliness. This is by itself a great return of investment that we gained after few months of implementation,” said Hazim Al Dabbagh, HR Director, Savola Group - Retail Division.
