Mitel and its recently appointed channel partner, Syscom Emirates, have announced the availability of the IP communication provider Mitel’s 3300 CX platform, aimed at SMEs across the Middle East. Mitel says the 3300 CX platform has been developed specifically in conjunction with its partners and customers across the Middle East and promises to provide a new level of quality in IP communication for SME customers. Mitel believes that the appointment of Syscom Emirates will help boost its channel, due to the company’s reach and experience in the SMB and enterprise markets and experience with communications platforms and devices. “Syscom has embraced Mitel’s lead in the SME market by dedicating significant resources in marketing, sales and support behind the CX drive. They are also utilising their Etisalat business centre showrooms in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Dubai, Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah,” said Hisham Amili, general manager at Mitel GCC. Syscom says that the 3300 CX systems can be deployed in an evolutionary manner, without compromising any of the features or functionality of traditional PBX or key telephone systems. “Through our new partnership with Mitel, we can offer SME businesses the choice and flexibility desired for modern operation. The CX is the ideal true 'office in a box' solution to any business where there is a requirement for converged voice and data services and this represents an excellent proposition for this early adopter UAE market," said Yawar Sajjad, general manager at Syscom Emirates LLC. “We are now outpacing our traditional competitors in the burgeoning market of IP communications. This status is equally true here in the UAE where we are seeing strong demand for IP communications not only in the SME segment, but also in vertical markets. Syscom is well positioned to promote the CX and take advantage of new market dynamics,” concluded Amili.
