This is the weighty trophy that 79 teams want to take home with them on Tuesday night — although only 12 will. It’s the gold in the first Campaign Awards for the Middle East. The event will see nearly 1000 people from across the region gather at the Al Joharah Ballroom at Dubai’s Madinat Jumeirah to find out who has won. Categories include TV, print, outdoor, radio, online, DM and integrated campaigns, along with advertising agency of the year, young creative, PR event, PR agency of the year, media plan and media agency of the year. Awards will be given in gold, silver or bronze. Controversially, in at least one category, the jury has given no awards at all.
